To proceed with addressing your concerns, we kindly request that you provide us with an estimate of the installation costs along with the labor rate charged by your service provider along with reasoning for your request for extra reimbursement.  This information will be essential for our underwriting team to assess and approve potential labor reimbursement.

We understand the importance of this matter and assure you that we are committed to resolving it promptly. However, please note that we cannot guarantee additional labor reimbursement until the inspection is complete and the cause of the failure has been determined.
