After the core is picked up, it usually takes 10-14 business days for the core to travel back to use and get processed.
Once your core is processed, we will refund the core deposit back on your original form of payment.
If multiple cards were used to purchase the unit, please include the last 4 digits of the card you would like refunded.
If finance was used to pay for the unit, please include your full name and address that you would like the refund check sent to.
