Engine Purchase Agreement Disclaimer

By executing this Agreement, I acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

1. Liability Exclusion for California Emissions: Fraser Engine Rebuilder, Inc. shall not be held liable for any non-compliance with California emissions standards concerning the engine supplied. The responsibility for ensuring compliance rests solely with the undersigned.
2. Customer's Legal Responsibilities: I, the undersigned customer, assume full responsibility for all legal obligations and liabilities associated with the use of the engine in regard to emission standards and regulations.

This acknowledgment is an integral part of the terms and conditions under which Fraser Engine Rebuilder, Inc. supplies the engine.
