This Nissan CVT transmission is remanufactured with the HIGHEST QUALITY PARTS AVAILABLE.

The Nissan CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) is a type of automatic transmission used in various Nissan models. It features a unique design that utilizes a system of belts and pulleys to provide smooth and efficient power delivery to the wheels.

The base specifications of a Nissan CVT transmission may include:

  • An all-aluminum case and extension housing
  • Hydraulically-controlled belt and pulley system
  • Electronic control unit (ECU) for shift control
  • Overdrive and lock-up torque converter

Nissan CVT transmissions are known for their ability to provide a seamless and continuous range of gear ratios, allowing for smooth acceleration and improved fuel efficiency. They are also designed to be lightweight and compact, which can help reduce vehicle weight and improve overall fuel economy.

The specific gear ratios, bolt patterns, and dimensions of Nissan CVT transmissions can vary depending on the model and year of production. They are designed to handle different levels of torque, which can vary depending on the engine size and power output of the vehicle.

Nissan first introduced CVT technology in their vehicles in the early 2000s, and it has been used in various models such as the Altima, Sentra, Versa, Maxima, Murano, Rogue, Juke, Cube, Note, and Versa Note. Nissan has continued to refine and improve their CVT technology over the years, with updates to the belt and pulley system, software, and programming to enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Nissan CVT transmissions have been well-received for their smooth and efficient operation, providing a comfortable driving experience. However, as with any transmission, proper maintenance and care, such as regular fluid changes and following the manufacturer's recommended service intervals, are important to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

In conclusion, the Nissan CVT transmission is a type of automatic transmission that has been used in various Nissan models over the years. It features a unique design and offers smooth and efficient power delivery, contributing to improved fuel economy and drivability. Regular maintenance is key to ensuring its performance and durability.
