Once the defective parts are RETURNED / CHECKED IN / APPROVED labor reimbursement can be paid to the repair center or the vehicle owner.

We issue payment via card or certified check.

IF DEFECTIVE PARTS AREN’T RETURNED OR WE DO NOT RECEIVED REQUESTED INFO/PHOTOS/VIDEOS THERE WOULD BE NO LABOR REIMBURSEMENT.

**IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THE NO FAULT COVERAGE, ALL LABOR CREDITS ARE PENDING PLANT INSPECTION**
