Complete the official Fraser core return form to request pickup of your eligible engine or transmission core. Once your request is reviewed, your Bill of Lading will be emailed to the address provided on the form.
Follow these three steps to request pickup and begin the applicable core-refund process.

Once the request is submitted and reviewed, the Bill of Lading will be emailed to you, generally within 24–48 hours. Please monitor your inbox and spam folder.
After the returned core is received and checked into Fraser's inventory system, the applicable refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Timing may vary based on form accuracy, carrier availability, transit time and receiving-facility processing.
Fraser reviews the submitted information and confirms that the pickup request contains the required order and location details.
The BOL is generally emailed within 24–48 hours after review of a complete and accurate submission.
The core must be packaged, accessible and ready when the assigned freight carrier arrives at the pickup location.
After the core is received and checked into inventory, the approved refund is credited to the original payment method.

The Bill of Lading is generally emailed within 24–48 hours after the completed pickup request has been submitted and reviewed. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause delays.
The Bill of Lading will be sent to the email address entered on the core pickup form. Please verify the address carefully and check spam or junk folders.
The refund is processed after the returned core has arrived and has been checked into the applicable inventory system. Submission of the form or carrier pickup alone does not complete the refund.
Approved core refunds are generally credited to the original payment method used for the applicable purchase, subject to the written order and core-return terms.
Normally, no additional call is required. Fraser processes the return after the core arrives and is checked into inventory. Retain your pickup documentation and tracking information for your records.
The core should generally be secured in the original shipping container or another approved freight-safe container. Follow all supplied preparation, fluid-removal and packaging instructions.
First check your email inbox, spam and junk folders. If more than 48 hours have passed after submitting a complete request, call (800) 731-3177 and select Extension 108 or Extension 123.
Residential pickups may be possible, but access, appointment, liftgate or carrier restrictions may apply. The pickup location must be accurately identified on the form.
